Please use the link HERE here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Purchases excluding final sale can be returned for a store credit only. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
A receipt and proof of purchase is available

FRINÉ SHOP reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by FRINÉ SHOP.

 

EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect in order to initiate the return process.

Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer you the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
